i was working at a bank here in lucena city, the management decided to publish a magazine for the group; i was one of the chosen few (hehe) who will become one of its regular writers. by the way INSIGT MAGAZINE is the name pf our publication.
my first asssignment was in candelaria, quezon. since we want to promote quezon province, we are gathering success stories of self made businessnmen.
on that day, together with my officemate ariane we travel to candelaria. nag commmute lanag kami tapos ang init pa. (hahaha) we arrived at our branch during lunch time. the manager accompanied us to the venue. the name of the business is JIJF LUTONG BAHAY NI INAY. they are known for their delicious crispy pata.
indeed their crispy pata is one of a kind. very pinoy. the couple said the recipe is a family secret which is formulated by their mother. they also served special sinigang na hipon.
so delicious, promise!!!
